Our latest project transforms three semi-detached buildings into 11 modern apartments, comprising one 4-bedroom, two 3-bedroom, and eight 2-bedroom units, spanning a total of 1,250 sqm. Situated in a sought-after location outside the conservation area, these apartments enjoy close proximity to the scenic Richmond riversides. Designed with minimalism in mind, the development features modern apartments that highlight the horizontality of structural slabs.
The modest three-story buildings include a recessed top floor, reducing visual impact while optimizing south-facing daylight through generous floor-to-ceiling glazing. The contemporary interior design ensures a seamless integration with the architecture, further enhanced by generous balconies and terraces. The landscape design is meticulously planned to provide private spaces and prevent overlooking, ensuring privacy and tranquillity amidst the vibrant townscape.
